  • (UK) SCAMMED BY FIELDS DATA RECOVERY LTD, RAPID DATA RECOVERY LTD, DATAPHOENIX.CO.UK
    Please report your experiences of how you were scammed or badly treated by Fields Associates, Fields Data Recovery, Rapid Data Recovery supposedly based Pall Mall, London. This also includes other front websites like dataphoenix.co.uk.

    The main people behind the companies are Dr. Daryl Hamilton Wallis, Jamie Hamilton Wallis, Richard John Lewis Cable and Richard Glyn Lewis (this is based on information obtained from Companies House).

    Fields Data Recovery headquarters in Pencoed, Bridgend, Wales rent prestigious office addresses which they use as drop off points for your hard drive. Your drive is then sent to the real “lab” where it is clumsily opened and ruined by their staff. You are then overcharged for a service you never received.

    They use the same model to extract payment from their unsuspecting victims applied through their other companies (explore this forum). Pay the fee, get taken for a ride long enough to drain your wallet and finally you will be told that your case can’t be handled.

    Watch out for www.fasttrack-divorce.com which looks identical to Fields templates.

    Tribunal Action UK is a trading name of Action Direct (UK) Ltd, company no. 06734533. Their other trading names are www.injunction-direct.com, www.injunction-online.com, www.tribunal-action.com, www.tribunal-online.com

    Tribunal Action is another document mill and part of the Fields Group who are well known for their dishonest business practices.

    They use the same model to extract payment from their unsuspecting victims applied through their other companies (explore this forum). Pay the fee, get taken for a ride long enough to drain your wallet and finally you will be told that your case can’t be handled.

    Datenphoenix sind Betrüger, die schmücken sich zum einen mit Referenzkunden, die nie von denen gehört haben, zum anderen gaukeln sie dem User ein Labor in Berlin vor und schicken die Festplatten die sie bekommen nach Großbritannien weiter. Doch damit nicht genug. Ich konnte keinen einzigen zufriedenen Kunden bei meiner Recherche finden. Entweder sie wollen für die Reinraum Analyse schon einen Fixbetrag von 370 EUR (unabhängig vom Erfolg, oder sie verlieren den Datenträger bei der Rücksendung, oder sie liefern für teueres Geld statt angeblich geretteter Daten nur Schrott aus.

    Leur siège est à Pencoed, Bridgend, au Pays de Galles. Ils louent des adresses de bureaux de prestige dont ils se servent comme points de débarquements de votre disque dur. Votre lecteur est alors envoyé à la véritable "laboratoire" où il est maladroitement ouvert et ruinés par leur personnel. Vous êtes alors trop cher pour un service que vous n'avez jamais reçu.

    Por favor, informe de sus experiencias de cómo se fueron estafados o mal tratados por CLINICA DE DATOS supuestamente con sede en Madrid.
    Esto no es una empresa real española, sino un sitio web (http://clinica-de-datos.es) operados por los directivos de una compañía registrada en Reino Unido llamada SCF SECTRETARY LIMITADA.
    Su sede se encuentra en Pencoed, Bridgend, Gales. Se alquilan oficinas prestigiosas direcciones que utilizan como puntos para dejar a su disco duro. La unidad es enviada a la real "laboratorio" donde se abrió torpemente y arruinado por su personal. Después, se le cobró por un servicio que nunca recibió.

    Questa non è una vera e propria azienda italiana, ma un sito web - http://www.salvataggio-dati.com - gestiti da amministratori di una società registrata nel Regno Unito chiamato SCF SECTRETARY LIMITED.
    La loro sede è a Pencoed, Bridgend, Galles. Si affitta indirizzi prestigiosa carica che usano come punti di riconsegna per il vostro disco rigido. L'unità viene poi inviato al vero e proprio "laboratorio" dove è aperto e maldestramente rovinato dai loro collaboratori. Sarà quindi in eccesso per un servizio che non ha mai ricevuto.
